Then one day I saw into the kitchen in a restaurant, and this is what they were doing. I boil the chicken. It's in smaller chunks to make sure it was cooked, but that's not important. 30-60 seconds and you're done. I didn't notice that chunk escaping when I was filming...tossed it back in the bowl for another ten seconds. Sorry the video is wobbly...I am wobbly.
